Order Cancellations
You have a six-hour window from the time of placing your order to initiate a cancellation. To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected].
A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled orders. If your cancellation request is received outside the six-hour window, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stages.
Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you require a return or exchange, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, all orders are considered accepted, and we are unable to process further returns or exchanges.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
Items may be returned/exchanged if:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- The received product does not match the ordered item
- Incorrect size, design, material, or product was received
- Product description is inaccurate
Ineligible Conditions
We cannot accept returns/exchanges if:
- Item has been laundered, worn, or altered in any manner
- Tags have been removed or tampered with
- Minor issues such as loose threads or snags
- Change of mind or personal preference
Return Shipping
Customers are required to cover the return shipping expenses. We suggest utilizing a traceable shipping method and securing insurance for your package. Any returns that go missing during transit are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
After verifying and confirming the eligibility of your return, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
Original shipping fees are incorporated into the refunds and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Important Notes
- Please contact us before initiating any returns. Unapproved returns may not be eligible for refunds.
- Ensure that items are in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition, with original tags attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
- The 30-day return window starts from the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
