ORDER PROCESSING

The order process consists of:

  • Processing Time: Includes order preparation, assembly, and other pre-shipment tasks. Duration varies based on destination and efficiency.
  • Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on chosen shipping method and destination.

Note the order cutoff is (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time. Delays may occur during peak and sale periods.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Total estimated time combines processing and shipping.

We process orders Monday-Friday, Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

  • Orders above $99: Free Shipping

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Carriers can take up to 5-7 days to update tracking status, so please allow at least 10 days before contacting us about tracking.

DELAYS

If your order is not delivered within 45 days, contact us immediately at [email protected] We will conduct an investigation and issue a full refund if unresolved.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, first thoroughly check the delivery location and surrounding premises. Contact the shipping carrier listed in your notification email for assistance.

If the issue remains unresolved, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 12 hours and appreciate your patience.

NOTICE

We’re not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete destination details. Ensure accurate shipping information at checkout. Contact [email protected] immediately about errors, but note our 48 hour response time. If dispatched within that period, it’s beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for all regional taxes, duties, fees, and restrictions. Ogasports is not accountable for any additional charges, even if:

  1. The package is refused by the customer.
  2. Multiple delivery attempts fail.

We reserve the right to cancel orders without obligation for a refund.
