Order Cancellations
You have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel your purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] to request a cancellation.
A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders. If your cancellation request is received outside the 6-hour window, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages.
Returns and Exchanges
We make every effort to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, all orders are considered accepted and we can no longer process returns or exchanges.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
Items may be returned/exchanged if:
- Item is damaged or defective
- Received product differs from the ordered item
- Incorrect size, design, material or product was received
- Product description is inaccurate
Ineligible Conditions
We cannot accept returns/exchanges if:
- Item was washed, worn or altered in any way
- Tags were removed or tampered with
- Minor issues like loose threads or snags
- You simply changed your mind
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package. Returns lost in transit are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing
Once we inspect and confirm your return is eligible, refunds are processed within 2 business days. We will notify you by email when issued.
Original shipping fees are included in refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to appear on your account.
Important Notes
- Communicate with us before returning any items. Unapproved returns may not qualify for refunds.
- Ensure items are unused, unwashed, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
- We are unable to refund returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Our 30-day return window begins on the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are final.
